Erica Stallings didn't start Rams Nest because she thought property management sounded fun. She started it because she was tired of watching investors get burned by property managers who didn't care.

Missed calls. Surprise charges. Promises that disappeared after the contract was signed. She saw it all across SE Idaho, and she knew it didn't have to be that way.

So she built something different. Rams Nest was created by someone who's energized by hard challenges, driven to compete, and only satisfied when something of real value comes out the other side.

The goal isn't to be the biggest property management company in Idaho. It's to be the one that every client, every resident, and every team member would recommend without hesitation.

Erica runs every aspect of property operations. Tenant screening, owner communication, lease enforcement, financial reporting. She's the person you'll talk to, and she's the person who makes the decisions. She built Rams Nest because she believes investors deserve a property manager who actually picks up the phone, tells the truth, and treats their property like it matters.

Nick Stallings

Maintenance Coordinator

Nick coordinates every repair, inspection, and maintenance request. He's built a trusted network of local contractors across SE Idaho, so when something breaks, it gets handled fast and at a fair price. No shortcuts, no excuses. He brings the same standard to maintenance that Erica brings to management.
