Step by Step
Browse our available rentals and schedule a tour of any place that catches your eye. We'll meet you there, show you around, and answer all your questions.
Fill out our online rental application. Every adult (18+) who'll be living in the property needs to submit their own application. The application fee is non-refundable.
We'll run a background check, credit check, verify your employment and income, and contact your previous landlords. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
If you're approved, we'll prepare your lease and schedule a time to go over everything together. We walk you through every detail so there aren't any surprises down the road.
Pay your security deposit and first month's rent, pick up your keys, and you're home. We'll do a move-in inspection together so the condition of the property is documented from day one.
What You'll Need
Thorough screening protects everyone. It protects you as a neighbor, the property owner, and the community as a whole. We're looking for responsible residents who'll take care of the property and be good neighbors. That's it.
